Protecting Florida's Future Generations

Welcome to your Untouched Florida. At Untouched Florida we are dedicated understanding the affects that climate change have on life in Northern Florida.

Blog Post #1: Starting Off

These last few weeks we have been working on delegating the tasks of our group so that we all know specifically what we are working on, as we do have a large group. We have started an Instagram and Facebook, and the Instagram and Facebook have started posting daily to gather a following. We have been working on a plan for social media and a plan of attack to get the community to engage with us. We have made a logo using Canva to help brand us and keep consistency in our social media. We have been working on scheduling interviews right now and reaching out to different people in the community to see who is interested in contributing their voice to our project. We are working on scheduling interviews with two professors on campus, and we are working on scheduling with local farmers and individuals from Wakulla. We are currently scouting locations for the interviews that will take place on campus, so we can have a variety on interesting locations in our finished project. We are developing interview questions right now and trying to figure out what will yield the most effective answers. We have also made a gmail for Untouched Florida specifically, and are working on sourcing different community organization and nonprofits to help plug our message.

Here is our Untouched Florida team planning out how to proceed with our project.
